Energy-using products and equipment, especially high-efficiency energy-saving motors, are subject to energy-saving and carbon-reducing actions, accelerating the upgrading and transformation of energy-using products and equipment and facilities, dynamically updating the advanced level of energy efficiency of key energy-using products and equipment, the level of energy conservation and the level of access, and promoting the updating and upgrading of key energy-using equipment to accelerate the energy-saving and carbon-reducing transformation of data centers. The proportion of high-efficiency energy-saving motors and high-efficiency energy-saving transformers in operation has been increased by more than 5 percentage points and more than 10 percentage points respectively.
